Epi-Pen Training for Staff
Connecticut School Bus companies are now required to provide training to all staff on how to administer an Epi-Pen. In case of an allergy emergency on your bus, you must know how to use an Epi-Pen to stop an allergy attack from progressing. We have created a training program that you can use with all of your staff members. The program comes with an easy to use PowerPoint that includes instructional videos and audio to walk your staff through Epi-Pen use. The training program will take you no longer than 15 minutes to go through with your staff and will answer all of the most frequently asked questions. It is specific to school buses and includes training on how this affects managers, dispatchers, monitors and drivers.
Train the Trainer Program for Epi-Pen Program
This optional program is a one-hour session with one of our training experts. We will host a training session for your leadership team and management staff on how to best implement the Epi-Pen Training program. Though it is not required, it is a recommended purchase for any bus company that will be utilizing our Epi-Pen Program.
